It was planned in 1928 by the florentine architect Mario Padovani commissioned for Mario Padovani. The architecture reflects a prevailing neoclassical and renaissance style. The dining room is decorated in wood, with gracious windows, elegantly adorned small (private) neorococo dining rooms. The floor is a splendid mosaic, stucco and ornate molding adorns the ceiling and painted panels, praised is the furniture and stained glass windows and rich are the Murano glass chandeliers. In 1963 the villa was transformed or adopted as a hotel and a second floor was added.
