General Description: The hotel Villa Sant'Andrea is ideally located on the bay of Mazzarò, in the immediate proximtiy of Taormina. It was built in 1830 by an aristocratic British family, and was transformed into a hotel in 1950. Since then it has been recognized as one of Taormina's most exclusive hotels, and it still preserves the fascination of a private residence. Surrounded by its private beach and a park of sub-tropical vegetation, it dominates the Bay of Mazzarò. Within walking distance is a cable car that can take guests up to explore the ancient village of Taormina with its renowned greek roman theatre.
