We have 29 well appointed and supremely comfortable single, twin and double rooms that have all of the amenities you would expect in an establishment of this standard, including en-suite bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries; tea and coffee making facilities; mineral water; central heating; trouser press; direct dial telephone and just in case you get a little too cosy in the comfortable bed you can book a wake up call to make sure you dont miss that important appointment or too much of your holiday.A full English breakfast is included in the cost of the room and is served in our dinning room. During the day there is a cafe where you can get snacks and light meals and there is a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing lounge bar, perfect to sit and unwind in at the end of a long day. the hotel now has a state of the art infa red sauna from Newcastle Upon Tyne follow the A1058 (Tyne Tunnel signs). Follow the A1058 as far as it will go. The end of this road faces the sea, turn left and continue along the coastal road towards Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. Turn left when you reach South Parade. The Ambassador Hotel is a few yards up on the right hand side
