All bedding and toweling is provided along with welcome packs with lifes essentials provided on arrival. All apartments are serviced weekly for stays 7+ nights,Southside Complex is in the City Centre within walking distance to New Street Station, the famous Bull Ring shopping Centre and exclusive designer hot spot The Mail Box with good transport links easily accessible.All apartments are strictly Non Smoking Only.Secure car parking is available on request at rate of £11 per space per night.Please be advised your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. At present we cannot accept debit cards (SwitchSolo MaestroLaser). However cash payments may be accepted on arrival with cash deposits only for security.Security Desposits of £250.00 per apartment booked will be required upon check in.Check in will be at the nearby Arc Apartments at the Arcadian Centre, Hurst Street. Only a 2 minute walk from the Bull Ring shopping centre, located on Southside on St. Johns Walk which is next to the Arcadian Centre and China Town.Please note the apartments are located off Hurst Street, Bromsgrove Street and Essex Street in Birmingham City Centre not Perry Barr.
