Currently our driveway, lobby, front desk, restaurant/lounge and 30% of our guest rooms are out of service. Entrance to the hotel is through our courtyard. A temporary front desk and restaurant/lounge are being setup in our meeting space. This Phase is scheduled to be completed by August 6, 2007. The second phase will then commence and will include renovation on the rest of guest rooms and our meeting rooms which will be finished by mid-October, 2007.Phase II will include Buildings IV, V and VI, with improvements covering all of our meeting areas. During this time guests will be able to enjoy our 238 new rooms and a new lobby, front desk, restaurant and cocktail lounge.Lobby, Restaurant/Lounge ' Front Desk will be out of service from April 22 to July 6, 2007. A temporary front desk and restaurant/lounge will be set up in our meeting rooms.
