Please note that the Penguin Hotel will undergo extensive renovation through April 30, 2006. The first and second floor renovations will be completed first, then the faý｡de and roof will be redone, and finally the third floor ocean view rooms will be renovated. During this time guests should expect that certain disturbances such as noise and dust will be present and cannot be prevented.***Due to complete renovation of the Area Lumus Park in front of the Penguin Hotel by the City of Miami Beach, the throughway from our Penguin Hotel to the beach has been closed off.
