The building has been newly renovated and has been decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The style of the accommodation is modern/contemporary.An annexe building, which is located at the side of the main villa offers a lounge area furnished with leather sofas and a satellite TV with a large flat screen. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, sink unit, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and toaster available for guests. The gym has been fitted with modern equipment including treadmill, exercise bike and bench with weights. Next to the gym there is also a sauna.The veranda area has been furnished with tables and chairs and this is where breakfast is served. The garden also offers a swimming pool with a patio furnished with sun-loungers and a second area with lawn that offers a gazebo.
