The homes on the Gulf Coast are situated in a number of residential developments scattered throughout the areas of New Port Richey / Hudson, Sarasota / Bradenton, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Naples and Marco Island. They are within a 20-30 minute drive of local beaches and 5-10 minutes drive to shops and restaurants.Each home is individually owned and is furnished and decorated according to the tastes of the owner so they have their own unique appeal. They all have the same facilities and standards of comfort though. Homes will sleep two people per bedroom and are stocked with sufficient bed linen, towels, cooking and eating utensils for the size of party.*Security Deposit of $200 is payable by guest at check in.
