General Description: Victoria Buildings is located in the heart of the city centre opposite the Printworks and adjacent the Arndale Shopping Centre and a two min walk to the trendy Northern Quarter which is full of bars and restaurants . These luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have been converted to the highest standards and provide the perfect place to stay in Manchester and can sleep between 1 and 6 people, our large penthouse apartment sleeps 8 and has a full size pool table in the living area . All apartments are fully furnished and include a fully fitted kitchen with fridgefreezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, washerdryers and all crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware are provided. The open plan living and dining areas have leather couches, dining tables, LCD 32 televisions with built-in Freeview, DVD PLayers, Stereos with iPod connectors. The apartments have a main bathroom with shower and the addition of an en-suite in most of the 2 bedrooms. Wireless Internet Access is available in most apartments - which is provided free of charge! All apartments are inclusive of all utilities and come with bedding, towels, welcome packs that include tea, coffee milk etc and Brita water filter jugs, guests toiletries and a weekly maid service. We have a manned reception on site which is open 7 days a week between 9.30 am and 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 12.00 midday to 4.00pm on Sundays. A 24 Hour on Call Manager is provided outside of these hours together with an Out of Hours Check-in Facilitity. Extra beds available on request at a charge of £20.00 per night. We have 2 specially equipped disabled access rooms that include wide entry doors and large wetroom bathroom. Please enquire with laterooms for further details. A security deposit of £250 per apartment is required per apartment and will be pre-authorised against a credit card for the duration of the stay Victoria Buildings is located on Dantzic Street directly opposite the side entrance to the Printworks. Turn onto Shudehill by the Crown Plaza Hotel from the ring road and continue down pass the new glass NCP Carpark on your right and the bus interchange. Take the next right turning onto Dantzic Street by the Withy Grove Stores building and City Stop Manchester is the first building on the left hand side.
