The rooms are large and well appointed including satellite TV with central heating throughout. The property has a secret garden which is large and secluded.The property is just a 5 minute walk away from Lord Street and the lakeside promenade. Many restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. Southport railway station is a 10 minute walk which provides links to Liverpool and Manchester. The area is renowned for its top quality golf courses including the famous Royal Birkdale Golf Club where the 2008 Open Championship was held.Bookings from single sex groups of 4 or more are not accepted. The apartment is near the centre of Southport located towards the north end of Lord Street (main shopping street). From Lord Street head north to roundabout at top of Lord Street. Turn right. At traffic lights (100 yards) turn left. Take second right (after about 150 yards) into Alexandra Road. Property 50 yards along on left hand side.From Preston follow directions for Southport. When you reach Southport you will come to a roundabout - take 2nd exit and follow road for about 2 miles. At next rounabout take 2nd exit (park on right hand side) and follow road for a further 400 yards. When you reach the shops (on right) take second left into Alexandra Road. Property is 50 yards along on left hand side.
