General Description: The brand new Agli Artisti Town House Suite lies only a stone's throw away from Venice's Santa Lucia railway station, in a quiet spot just off the Lista di Spagna, one of the city's most vibrant streets, and very close to the famous Grand Canal. An ideal destination for business and leisure travellers, the property offers comfortable, fully refurbished guestrooms with or without private bathrooms. A wide range of on-site guest amenities, including Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the entire structure, 24-hour bar service, 24-hour reception, luggage storage, guest services desk, safety deposit boxes and air conditioning in all public spaces, will make your stay truly unforgettable. Brand new hotel in a perfect position: only 150 meters away from the main central Venice railway station (Santa Lucia). Rooms are very bright and lie on 4 floors (no lift), but we just opened three new rooms on the ground floor (only 5 stairsteps) for people who have some problems in moving upstairs (this three rooms have bathroom ensuite). They are all very well equipped and our guest can choose between rooms with bathroom ensuite (with hairdryer), and rooms with sharing bathroom on the floor (cheaper). Anyhow, every room has tv color (we are also buying a new satellite), airconditioningheating, telephone (with the possibility to call outside), alarm service, selfcare stuffs, balcony with flowers on reguest (view on a typical venecian Calle). We also installed a wireless lan system which is currenlty not yet activated, but that will become a value added service starting from June 2005). Our breakfast room has been opened on May the 12th, and its also a wonderful living room with a small bar which works all day long. - TRAIN: STOP AT VENEZIA SANTA LUCIA AND AT THE EXIT TURN LEFT AND TAKE FIRST STREET LEFT (CALLE PRIULI). THEN WALK FOR 50 M. UNTIL NUMBER 99AB- CAR HIGHWAY EXIT VENEZIA, THEN ALWAYS FOLLOW PANELS TO VENEZIA UNTIL THE PARKINGS OF PIAZZALE ROMA OR TRONCHETTO. THEN TAKE THE PUBLIC WATERBUS LINE 82 OR 1 AND GET OFF AT FERROVIA STOP (5 MIN. - DEP. EVERY 10 MIN. ALL DAY, EVERY 20 MIN. ALL NIGHT WITH LINE N)- PLANE 1 :FROM THE AIRPORT MARCO POLO WATERBUS BLUE LINE ALILAGUNA EVERY HOUR TO STOP FERROVIA (15 MIN. TRIP, TICKET 10 EURO PPERS.) OR PRIVATE WATERBUS TAXI, PRICE ABOUT 80 EURO- PLANE 2 :FROM TREVISO AIRPORT SAN GIUSEPPE GET THE DIRECT BUS TO PIAZZALE ROMA VENICE TERMINAL (1 HOUR TRIP, TICKET 4 EURO PPERS), THEN GET WATERBUS N. 1 OR 82 (BY NIGHT LINE N) AND GET OFF AT FERROVIA
